I have had storage units in my local Titan Self Storage premised - in Solihull since 2019.
The place is brilliant. I cannot praise the staff there enough. A particular shout out for Richard Ball and also for the Area Manager Matt. Thank you.

The staff at Titan Littlehampton are exceptional at customer service & ensuring all needs are attended to. We rent both storage & office space & would have no hesitation in recommending either option to others.

Amazing company, lovely clean units, and very reasonably priced, kept very tidy and clean, the stuff go out there way to help you if they can, the 2 lovely staff that work there, that me and my children have become very good friends with are Theo and Corinne they are just so friendly and welcoming and actually me and my kids love going to the unit and love how we are always welcomed and asked if we are okay, Just a lovely company overall

Titan Storage in Telford is well managed by Cameron who is responsive and helped me a lot when deciding which unit I needed etc.
Unfortunately the company is let down by the sub-contracted out of hours service who have staff that are incompetent, unreliable and genuinely infuriating. A shame really as they also seem to have some good people when you finally get a call from the right one.

Great experience, we have rented multiple units at Titan Littlehampton for a few years now. The units are clean secure, and always accessible when we need them. Never a shortage of parking and always met with friendly and helpful staff - nothing is too much trouble for Corrine or Theo.

Since Corinne took over as Branch Manager, the service has been amazing. She’s always so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and somehow remembers us every time we pop in, which is such a lovely personal touch.

Corinne and Theo always make us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. They’re both a pleasure to deal with and are a huge credit to Titan Storage.

If you have an internal customer service awards scheme, my husband and I would love to recommend both Corinne and Theo. And if you don’t, maybe it’s time to start one! They both work so hard and absolutely deserve the recognition.

Great overall experience. Titan provided clean and secure storage and I never had any issues with access, parking or lack of trolleys. Theo and Corrine were always very friendly and helpful with great communication in-person and via phone/email. I would recommend Titan storage.

Access hours are 6:00am till 20:00
6:00am main compound gate opens.
Few minutes later type my code into loading bay panel, receive 2 factor security code. Use code loading bay opens, enter code into final panel , code accepted , message states access granted but doors do not open
Ring answered by out of hours team that are completely unwillingly or unable to help and just tell me to wait till 9:00 . I was supposed to be in east Grinstead by 8:30
Not impressed.

At the Bracknell site we have been storing some household goods and items and found the clean and dry conditions in the units to be very good. Above all though the customer service has been excellent with very helpful and friendly staff, especially Jaz and Shane who made the whole experience very easy. It was good value too. Highly recommended. Pete Dowling.

Wow such a great personal service here. Was met by Corin (store manager) and was given a full tour. I was made to feel really welcome and even offered a bottle of water whilst waiting.

The ongoing customer service at the Poole site is excellent.

From my initial email enquiry to Titan Littlehampton to the day our household arrived by container Theo & Corinne were extremely professional and helpful. The facility was spotless and even our shipping company guys were impressed. Great to have this service now on our doorstep

I came across Titan Storage when looking for somewhere to store our belongings in the interim of our house move. I first spoke to Corinne by telephone who gave the specifications of the unit that would be suitable for our needs.

I was in the area prior to when we needed it so called in on the off chance and meet Theo, who kindly offered to show me some units and worked out the cost.
Once we had exchanged contracts I contacted them again and spoke to Corinne, we decided on having two units, that way if necessary keeping the smaller one if necessary for a further few months. I completed the online forms.

We went down with two van loads, completed the remainder of the paperwork and Theo showed me how to access the gates and the units. I cannot recommend both Corinne and Theo highly enough, they were both extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. I will definitely recommend Titan Storage to my family and friends.

Titan is clean , reliable and very secure with two factor security entry .
24 hour access also can be included in your package . The manager Neil and staff cannot be more helpful to make moving , storing and moving on very easy .
I would definitely use again in the future and highly recommend .

I cannot recommend Titans in Braintree highly enough. Steve and his colleagues are always friendly, helpful and very professional.
Prices are excellent, and when I needed to down size to a smaller unit, nothing was too much bother, and no hard sell to continue paying for extra space when not needed.
I will definitely use Titan’s for self storage again if needed.

Such an amazing team at Littlehampton, especially Corinne who helped that extra mile- such professionalism in their area of works- would definitely recommend.
