I ordered some items on the 13/10/14 to be delivered next day as my son's birthday is on 16/1014. As I checked the delivery states now, I'm very disappointed that it's been dispatched only today (15/10/14). No one answers the phone or reply email.

the service is poor , my item did not arrive , i emailed them asking when i could expect my item ,
they told me they had posted it , i said i would give it a few more days as i live on an island and sometime items take a day or two longer ,the item did not turn up i emailed them again , got no reply , waited a week emailed them again , once more no reply , so i would say beware , i lost only £6
could have been worse i suppose ??

I ordered some cake toppers which looked quite big on the screen , however I was a little disappointed when they arrived two days later but I changed the design of my cake and all was well in the end.
Apart from the size of my cake toppers, I was happy with the quality and the packaging when they arrived, they were in perfect condition and on time.
I bought my cake toppers when they were on sale but I do not think I would have been satisfied if I paid full price for them.
I would order again but only after I had made sure of the size!!

I was very pleased with the speed that I received my cupcake cases and would definitely recommend anyone to purchase through this company and would use them for my future purchases.

Living in Spain especially on an Island very little choice is available with regards to making cup cakes - so Planet bake with international delivery is perfect. You have to think ahead as the postage does take time.
I always find the items I require.

I ordered some cookie cutters I needed for cakes I was making for a baby shower. They did not arrive during the delivery time I paid for and subsequently had to make alternative cakes for the shower. Not ideal.

Planet Bake did however refund my order which was great - although not ideal for the baby shower!

Very disappointed in the sugar flowers. Extremely hard, I thought we might be in danger of cracking a tooth as they were so hard. They were also tasteless,

I am not happy I have not received my purchase yet. I ordered nearly 2weeks ago and I am still waiting.

Excellent and prompt service

Despatched immediately, but box was shorter than the muffin cases, so the tops were crushed. Disappointed.

I was very pleased with the response and the delivery time of the vintage cupcake holders but unfortunately they were considerably smaller than I expected so I was unable to use them.

Value for money and fast delivery

I ordered a sugarpaste dogs and bones set, when it arrived one of the (obviously fragile) dogs was broken. I rang Planet Bake and they said they would post another set. I am not surprised this was broken as it was face down in a cardboard box and the 'packaging' was a piece of brown paper. Two days later and the new set arrived sitting amongst polystyrene pieces, broken again..... and the eyes and paw of the other dog came off when I carefully took them out of their smaller box. These are for a special birthday cake, between the two sets I will be able to salvage something, with the use of edible glue, but this is not really what we pay our money for.

Very fast delivery!

I needed crystallised violets fast and that is what I got. Excellent flavour as well.

Very impressed

I was really happy with my purchases , great value for money, everything was packaged very carefully and neatly. Can't wait for the baby shower to be able to use them and show them off.

I needed some lemon and lime sugared slices to put on the top of cheesecakes and couldn't find any shops that stocked them. I ordered the products from Planet Bake and they arrived a few days late - just what I wanted, perfect products.
Would recommend this website to friends and family.
