Excellent product received in three days of ordering

I was very happy to be able to purchase end stops for my curtain rail rather than replacing the curtain track. They were delivered promptly.

finding what you want in the shops is challenging but found exactly what I needed at poles & blinds.com. Package came next day. great products and delivery service. Brilliant and recommended company.

There was a good choice of roman blind cassette widths on the site and the instructions were clear. Only gap in the great service was between getting the VAT invoice and finding out that it was ready to ship - I was about to try and contact because it was almost a week.

Easy to order and excellent delivery service

The rail came really quickly and is of great quality. I have to say that it took us around 4 hours to put up, but we do have a big bay window and needed 7 different bends to make it fit. We discovered our ceiling also wasn't level which didn't help!

All in all, great value for money and well worth what we paid. We haven't got round to attaching any curtains yet, but the sliders seem to glide smoothly all the way round. Would purchase again :)

Everything from initial ordering through payment to delivery just worked the way you expect it to. Poles arrived quickly and undamaged. I will use them again as I work my way through the house refurbishment.

The only retailer I could find who could supply a curtain rail long enough for the bay window. The service was quick and efficient.

Ordered a double curtain pole for our lounge, it arrived in four working days ( didn’t move at the weekend !! ) well packaged but upon opening the smaller pole was missing ! Contacted them by phone ( 8 attempts ) and they said they would look into it, as we had no contact from them, my husband phoned and asked what was happening, was told the same answer, looking into it. My husband thought that was it, we had no chance of getting a replacement . Next day we had a phone call from them telling us the replacement pole was on its way, and how sorry they were for the inconvenience of it all. It arrived 4 days later, what a relief. The double pole set looks lovely now it’s up, the curtains glide across the pole with no effort, they are strong and well made, I would recommend the pole but think although the company did replace the missing pole, it would have been better for us if they had come straight back with the information, instead of leaving us thinking we would have to look else where.
