The adverts say you can cancel the contract if unhappy with price rises. What they don't say is that you still have to pay until the end of the contract. So exactly the same as any other provider. This seems like false advertising to me and very misleading.

Brilliant, clear, professional and so helpful

Have unfortunately been experiencing a short period of occasional network disruptions, possibly due to a faulty router. But Cris at tech support has been incredibly helpful during each call, going above and beyond to keep me connected whilst arranging a replacement router!

Calls are always answered or returned quickly and he always monitors the fix and calls back to check im still conneceted.

I had to call regarding a billing issue. Cris was very helpful and talked me through all of my options and stayed in touch until everything had been sorted.

The agent Cris was very helpful, and calm on the phone! It did take a while for them solve my issue but it got fixed at least.

Cris was great. Arranged for engineer to come out and fix the fault as soon as possible and followed up to make sure I knew what was happening and the fault was properly resolved. Thanks!

Unable to make or receive calls. Spoke with Pop telecoms agent Josie who carried out a thorough and exhaustive series of check to identify the fault.
Landline restored and working in less than three hours.

Fed up with my existing provider 'price-hiking', I opted for POP Telecom. A modest saving in reality but it meant my landline got the digital upgrade before the final deadline.

Initial contact with the company was excellent and good communications via email. A date was set for installing the digital line outside and a further date for connecting it internally. Only waited a week to 10 days for install. The guy from Open Reach arrived in good time and got the connection into my flat completed with no problems.

The router had arrived by post and I then set about getting it plugged up. I have to say that some printed information in the box was really needed as someone who was not familiar with such things would struggle. AI came in handy to check the detail on this. Internet worked superbly, as did outgoing calls, but I then discovered that incoming calls received an engaged tone.

Chased this up via email and this morning spoke on the phone to Alfred in technical support who got things working with 10 minutes, tops. Excellent service. Highly reccommended.

I haven’t placed an order with this company and I certainly won’t be after my experience with just simply browsing their website.

I was browsing for broadband deals and checked out their website, I found a package and added it to basket with details. At the last minute, I decided it wasn’t for me.

Since then (3 days ago) Pop Telecom have called me 7 times (also from a withheld number after I blocked them), sent me 4 text messages and 5 emails asking why I didn’t complete my purchase.

Excellent customer service firstly from Alfred who dealt with my complaint about having no Internet and also to Josie for the follow up call to check everything went ok and the problem was fixed.
