Had a problem with outgoing landline calls. Josie was very helpful and sorted it for me in 20 mins. Apparently just had to reconnect and reboot

Despite the problem being persistent, the service advisor Alfred was extremely helpful, going from the chat to calls to email as required. He even encouraged me to email if the problem re-appeared, and responded within minutes when it happened again.

The customer support agent, Cris was very helpful with my request, explained everything thoroughly and professionaly.

This company have been awful. The router is low quality. The broadband is intermittent at best. The customer service seems to be subbed out halfway across the world and you get passed from pillar to post to then speak to someone reading a script.

They have no interest in customer service. And to top it off they want their router back at MY cost at the end of the contract! SKY and BT send prepaid packaging for the equipment. It shows how unprofessional and anti-customer POP Telecom are.

I would not trust the false positive reviews. This company is awful, plain and simple.

Do not waste your time and money.
