A query with my invoice was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Alfred.

Wanted to reduce my mother-in-laws bills so moved from BT to POP.

Vulnerable old person and I made that clear at every step. They completed the transfer but she did not have a working phone line for incoming calls for a week before we noticed (normally she would call us once a day to check in).

They denied there was a problem even when I was standing in the property trying to call the number. Around a week later someone flicked a switch and it worked.

They then tried to claim it was our responsibility as we had not reported the issue. Remember this was a vulnerable lady in her 80's who needed to be contacted by multiple organisations, including her GP.

Cut to a few months later and she has now passed away. Constant barrage of emails demanding the router returned and invoices for final bills. No concept of how probate works.

Incredibly unprofessional company.

Just had broadband set up today. No problems all connected well. Just needed some help getting the password for the router settings. Phoned technical support spoke to Andrew who gave me the password I needed straight away.

50 mins on the phone as they had cut off service despite paying for a year up front - they had snuck in an insurance product ( something I never buy) which had used up credit - terribly underhand and sneaky - beware - I had to set up a new direct debit even for a service I had paid for despite them knowing I was leaving the flat in a matter of days - avoid - Dr Mark OConnor

Josie was very helpful when I was having difficulty setting up my Gmail on a new laptop. She was very patient and waited whilst I completed set up.

Two phone calls, firstly on 23 June, spoke to Pash, who was polite and very helpful, amending contract as requested, 2nd phone call 9th July spoke to Alfred, also polite and helpful - confirmed contract details - latest bill adjusted. Thank you both.

Alfred was an absolute star - really helpful and made the transfer over so quick for me!

The agent (cherry) we called for help setting up our router was responsive kind and helped us fix our problem thank you !

Cherry sorted out my router updates and everything is now working as it should.

What a pleasure it was to be able to speak to someone that really did care about your problem, today i spoke to Cherry polite helpful and took all the time it needed to sort our problem with the internet out, she is an asset to your company.
