All staff really helpful and polite never had a bad experience.

Excellent. Food ,entertainment and resort are brilliant. Do as much or as little as you want in a luxurious environment where you are totally pampered.

We had a lovely time everthing about the place was great we thoughly enjoyed ourselves and hoping to go back again

Fantastic shows, food, entertainment and excellent customer service. There is something for everyone from quizzes, sport and games, no matter what your age and the all inclusive drinks.

Looks expensive but not when you think what you get for all inclusive.

As grandparents we bring our grandson to Potters which he really enjoys - mainly the food! He is 15 now he informed us it won't be long before he come on his own - not that he will afford it. We have been bringing him for 9 years.
We prefer Hopton to Five Lakes which we visited a few months ago and was very disappointed, the food was very poor. Other people were also commenting about the food. Not sure of date it was Oct 2025 - end of half term.

Not happy at all after registering for a yellow Friday deal, which came through with a big flurry on Wednesday
Only to find the offer was the same as potters offer on a regular basis
It was definitely not the anticipated promise of a great deal by any stretch of the imagination!

Staff are very attentative, the food is good. The dancers and singers in the evenings are excellent and the activities are plenty and for all ages. A great place for multi generations to get together to celebrate birthdays etc. Or if you just want an enternaining break with a partner. Well done Potters.

A beautiful holiday, the staff, food and entertainment were fantastic.

It’s been many years since our last visit for various reasons and one was Covid the others were timing.
We were pleasantly surprised with all that had changed. Lots of refurbishment had taken place. The “garden room” was new. The introduction of “all inclusive” and the way that was managed was very good with waiter service to your table. The staff were extremely pleasant always a smiling face and courteous. Nothing was too much of a hassle.
Plenty of entertainment going on throughout the day. There be something either quizzes, archery, rifle shooting, table tennis. The list goes on.
As usual the food was very good, waiter service on certain meals is available or help your self from the buffet. The choice is yours but on both accounts you’ll not be disappointed.
We had accommodation in the hotel and there’s nothing to complain about. The rooms are very spacious and well presented. You’ll not be disappointed with accommodation.
On the resort it’s extremely well kept, clean and tidy with plenty of reminders about personal hygiene - which is very important in such a resort.
Entertainment by the Potters Theatre Group was very good. Pre show singers were excellent. They get you involved and warm you up for the main show. Can’t fault the actual show it self. We’ll put together attention to detail is first class. You’ll not be disappointed.
Overall it’s a great place to be whether you’re there for a three or four night stay - you’ll want to go back.
Endeavouring to re visit next year. We wish there was a Potters in the west of the country.

Our third visit to potters, second one to five lakes. As before wonderful food great room and amazing, helpful staff. The evening show was excellent but not too keen on the other entertainment, felt very childish at times particularly the pre show entertainment. I dont think five lakes has such a full programme of activities as Hopton. In conclusion, potters is the ideal place to relax and be taken care of.

What more can I say 5 lakes is an amazing place to stay from the luxury rooms, great food, wonderful staff and amazing entertainment.

We had a marvellous festive weekend break at Potters Resort in Hopton on Sea. This was our third visit to Hopton and we treated ourselves to the Penthouse Suite. We'll worth he extra expense. Huge bedroom with super king bed, jacuzzi bath, large shower, dressing gowns and slippers and beautiful fluffy towels. The food was plentiful and good, the evening show excellent and amenities for those who wanted something more than a relaxing break. Have booked for next year already.

I really don’t like saying this but it’s not as good as it was. Cutting costs on food, drinks and entertainment. Food definitely not as good, little things like cheese and biscuits, portions a lot smaller, a very bad selection of biscuits just a few small crackers. The prawn in sweet and sour now a minced prawn with breadcrumbs rather than whole prawns in batter, lots of other minor things but all relevant.A few drinks taken off the all inclusive, Malibu, cocktail’s etc. People notice these things so we are giving it a miss for a while. Sorry Potters it’s definitely not the same.

We had a great time at potters resort Hopton-on-Sea. The staff are super friendly and helpful, entertainment is good but do miss the live band. The chalet that we stayed in was looking a bit tired in places but we didn’t spend much time in there. Lots to do both day and night.

We returned from a midweek break which included an optional bowls break, which we signed up for. All elements of the stay were excellent. The bowls break was well organised, friendly and ran like clockwork. Meals were varied and well cooked and presented. Special mention to our waiter Ryan, who was helpful and efficient. Overall a relaxing break.

Great resort. The accommodation, food and entertainment were first class. This was our first time at Five Lakes having been to Hopton for the last 16 years and it compares favourably with Hopton. The theatre is much better. There were no queues to get in and you had a good view wherever you sat. We will definitely go again.
