I approached Powerlease as I found an amazing electric vehicle with amazing price cheaper then the normal market,I came to view this vehicle which was an Audi etron the staff at Powerlease were amazing and it was such a smooth process and the handover of the vehicle was amazing the car was perfect, all the team at Powerlease are fabulous and I would recommend anyone to purchase a second hand electric car from Powerlease.

I knew I wanted to move over to an electric vehicle but was nervous of such a change. I received excellent service, with every query answered and guidance so thoroughly explained, I felt confident in my choice of Nissan Leaf and I'm absolutely thrilled with it!
The hand over was first class and I felt supported through the process. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Powerlease to anyone buying an electric vehicle.

I couldn’t be happier with my new car! Buying blind can be daunting at the best of times especially when you add in to the equation it was my first electric vehicle. From enquiry to delivery of our Kia, the service was nothing short of excellent! The car is second hand but has been valeted and checked through so thoroughly it looks and feels like a new car! After contacting Powerlease last thing on a Friday night and booking a test drive for first thing on Saturday morning I made it very clear that I had a two hour drive and was assured the car would be ready and waiting for me.
After a two hour drive to Ampthill I arrived at the agreed time only to be told, in a very we couldn’t give a monkeys attitude, the cars been sold.
No apology and no explanation as to why they didn’t bother to call me and save my two hour journey.
I was furious and they couldn’t give a hoot.
Totally unprofessional, I would avoid these cowboys at all cost.
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY:
Firstly, this is the first feedback I have left for a car sales company, get your facts right.
Secondly, I called to book for a specific car, a Peugeot e2008 that I was told would be “ready and waiting for me” the next day!
Lastly, I did get an explanation, “it sold 10 minutes ago”! So not during the night (you need to get your stories straight).

Brendan who showed me the cars was excellent. Knowledgeable and patient.
Katie who took me the rough the paperwork was also very good and walked through transfer very clearly.
