The app never works to top up keypad metre online. All details held are correct and sufficient funds in my debit card account so very annoying. My sister has the same issue. Please sort out PoweNI. Thinking about changing to other provider.

One of the most user unfriendly sites
One of the most user unfriendly sites I have used,if paying a bill or sending a meter reading which is not for the main property it takes a lot of effort. A meter which Power NI have said should be replaced possibly 2 years ago has still to done and I know from past experience that if the meter goes wrong Power NI will estimate a cost which would be far above what it should be

Had a complaint about a wrongly sent…
Had a complaint about a wrongly sent bill which was 100s of pounds more than it should have been but it was delt with in the most professional friendly welcoming way and the member of staff on phone was absolutely fantastic. Very satisfied

Keypad + connectivity disappointing…
No complaints about staff but the keypad + is very much a hit or miss experience. I have complained a few times but the BT connectivity is so intermittent. It probably fails to connect more than it does connect that we don’t even expect not to have to go outside to manually insert credit. Big disappointment.

Very efficient service
Power NI are one of the very few companies that seem to care for their customers. I phoned and within a minute was put through to a real person. She was knowledgeable, had a lovely manner and sorted out my problem within a few minutes. I felt it was back to the 1980's when companies respected their customers. Well done NI Power

EV tariff and new meter
Approached Power NI to move to EV tariff and have meter board changed. Agent was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and informative. A real pleasure to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about. Couldn't have been any easier to make te decision.

Online submission of export readings is offline.
Went to submit export reading for our solar panels for the past year, but the link in Power NI's reminder email does not work. (Last year the link redirected to the website OK but reading could not be accepted - so phone and email in the end.) And they can't be contacted by phone over the weekend. I have a deadline of 26 Sept to submit. This is awkward - would a reading on a postcard from Italy be acceptable?
