Great customer service via Facebook Messanger
I contacted PowerNI via Facebook messenger to request copies of historic bills and also change some personal details on my account. They came back to me incredibly quickly and I was able to get everything I needed sorted over the course of a few messages. Really handy if you’re busy and don’t have time or availability to make a call during business hours.

Phone call answered quickly and pleasantly.
Knowledgeable and helpful assistant
The process felt easy - I was transferring an account which is not that straightforward, so this was down to the way in which it was handled.
Process not rushed
The assistant took his time. He was careful and respectful and in no way condescending. He gave a clear, concise explanation and outlined various options. I was made to feel that the task I was carrying out was important.

Keypad problem
I was having a problem with my Keypad pad. The staff at power ni have been very good at trying to fix the problem. I have spoken with two members of staff and both have been really helpful,polite and assured me that they would fix the problem. I have been a customer of Power ni since 1982 and would highly recommend this company.

Always exceptional customer service from PowerNi. I never have to hold the line for too long and they always deal with my queries kindly and efficiently. Any agent I have ever dealt with have been local people who take their time with me on the phone and who can resolve my needs quickly. Very professional utility company.
