Fast efficient service. Arrived on time, quickly fixed the garage door problem at a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience. What a find. Our garage door cable broke, then the whole metal door collapsed & twisted sideways exposing all the internal contents of our garage.

If we hadn’t found the amazing Premier installation Group we would had to wait for our original company to attend, (but they couldn’t provide an engineer for two days)!! meaning all our garage contents were on show making us vulnerable to buglers etc.
In fairness it was a Friday and the weekend was looming, so original roller door company didn’t have anyone available until after the weekend.
By the grace of g-d we found Premier Installation Group who put us at ease and sent an angel to us (same day), he was disguised as an engineer called Lewis. He put all our worries to rest by fixing ( what looked like a huge repair at the time) in less than 30 minutes - Lewis was amazing, professional, super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. So as they say, every cloud has a silver lining and we are so glad we had such a positive outcome. I would recommend this company to everyone in an heartbeat, and will only use them from now on. They literally saved the day.

I broke my garage door in the open position Friday evening and called around a bunch of companies none of whom could help or come out. Sean was the only person who was kind enough to advise me over the phone on how to shut the garage door for security. We then booked an appointment and his team came over and fixed the issue. Excellent service and great value!

Sean provided excellent advice to help us select the right door, and Lewis did a great job installing the door and adding bespoke cladding above the door. We are very pleased with the result; the new door is so much more practical than the old one and looks great! We would recommend the company.

The guys came out and did an emergency repair for me, no hassle, really efficient, would definitely recommend.

I scheduled a routine service with Premier Garage Door Installations Ltd for my electric garage door, which was functioning well but needed maintenance. I was quoted £115 for a service that was supposed to take about an hour.

However, the technicians arrived at 8:30 PM on Thursday instead of the scheduled time on Friday, which was highly inconvenient. They spent only 15 minutes adding grease and checking bolts, far from the comprehensive service I was promised.

When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the representative, Sean, responded aggressively, using inappropriate language and making threats against me and my family. After I mentioned reporting his behavior to the police, I received a follow-up call offering to reduce the service fee to £90.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Premier Garage Door Installations Ltd for their lack of professionalism, poor service quality, and unacceptable customer care.

Phoned Premier about a repair needed to my garage door. Phone answered quickly and visit arranged for later. Lewis (and assistant - sorry didnt get his name) arrived mid afternoon and did the job very efficiently and quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I had this company come out to repair my garage door, the team that was sent out were very polite and helpful and were able to carry out all the work previously discussed over the phone. Im very pleased and would recommend.

I am witness for my friend to the incident that took place on 21/03/24 and would have given minus 10 stars if I could. Be aware of this company's tatics, which are very questonable. The 2 men came to look at job and to give quote to replace mechanism. One of the men was not interested in supply & fit new mechanism for up and over door. He was only interested in replacing the whole door and mechanism. Neither of the 2 men e plained what they were doing, in fact the one of them set about by getting inside the garage and set about and cutting the cable for the mechanism. At no point did anyone explain why the cable needed to be cut and if we would be able to get into the garage (which was possible before the cables were cut), in fact I adked if the cables could be tightened which was swiftly rejected by one of the 2 from Premier Installation Group. After one of the 2 cut cables, the other one gleefully annonced, there you go, now you can't get inside at all, this is not what was expected, these 2 men made it worse as we coukd not open the door at all and then 2 of them said we are unable to get new mechanism since Brexit and the door definately has to be replaced with new door and mechanism. To make matters worse the 2 men gave my friend an invoice for £108 for call out charge, which was never mentioned or discussed by anyone at the time of the booking or by the 2 who turned up. This company is supposed to know what they are doing. I am so glad I was there to witness this awful incident. We called another company (recommended) who have replaced the cables that were cut by these 2 and It cost 13.35% of what this company wanted to charge to supply & fit new door with new mechanism. The specilist tradesman(who has been in business for 30 years plus) who supplied & fitted the parts, advised that all that needed doing was that the cables needed tightening and cables should not have been cut, as was done in this case by these 2. My advise if you deal with Premier Installation Group (this the same company as is on the invoice), make sure all charges are explained to you in advance in writing before anyone turns up to do the work and they explain what they will do at every stage of work and what the result will be before the workmen touch anything. Most likely as in this case your garage door may be fixable and you may not need new garage door. Don't trust Premier Installation Group. Using Brexit as an excuse for anything is very unprofessional and this is message to the Premier Installations Group, cables have been replaced and there is no need to replace the door and the mechanism, so can you explain why you and your workmen wanted replace the door and the mechanism when all that was needing doing was tightening the cables.

Fantastic company, came out in no time at all closed my door which was stuck open and repaired in one visit.

Excellent service in selecting the right design and specification for our replacement garage door. Installation was very professional and site tidied up afterwards. All work done on time and at the quoted price. Very pleased with the end result, Sean and the team were a pleasure to deal with.

From the moment I first rang Premier, to the call-back I received almost instantly, Sean was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
After discussing my needs, he promised to get back to me, which he did the same afternoon. Seam was very easy to deal with and having accommodated us into his very busy schedule, the date and time was set.

On installation date, Sean was easy to get hold of and remained so polite throughout.

He came on time, as promised, with his two colleagues, Kyle & Lewis. They got on with the job; to install a new electric garage door opener unit - efficient, very quiet and took everything away with them.

All the guys were really friendly and when I asked them a few questions, Sean and Kyle were very knowledgeable about the product and what it could do.

I would thoroughly recommend Premier Garage Doors - and to top it off, they came from Hertfordshire to mine in Essex, without any fuss.
Their pricing was superb and so competitive too; and as they left, Sean reminded me of their customer service and guarantee.

They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and superb on price and after sales care & service.

Really impressed with service. Premium Garage doors squeezed me in to a busy day of theirs to help assess a broken garage door. They quoted for a new one then and there as it wasn't repairable and were quick and efficient with the installation.
