Competitive price on our new garage doors. Mark came out personally to measure up and ensured everything went to plan for ordering, delivery and installation. Top job!

We had an excellent professional service from the beginning. A lot of help and advice helping us make the right decision. We are vvery pleased with the result. This is the 2nd time we have used Arridge Garsge doors and would not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a garage door to be fitted. I paid a deposit as requested by the sales agent. I was told I would receive a call within 1 week for the fitter to attend my property for a survey. Despite numerous failed promises this never happened after 4 weeks and then out of the blue, just after this period, I received a call from the company director. He was very abrupt. He announced he was retiring and was not honouring the agreed contract under any circumstance. He put it to me that if I did not accept a refund of the deposit immediately that he would keep the deposit and not provide the garage door. It was an awful service and I would advise anyone considering Arridge Garage Doors to avoid them.

We ordered an electric roller shutter door and pedestrian door. Our fitter dealt with an extremely helpful member of the team to insure the correct size doors were ordered, which fitted perfect and looked great. Numerous updates received from the company to keep me updated with the expected delivery date.

As a person with a critical eye for detail and a history of never being completely happy with any work done for me, I'm delighted to say that for the first time in my nearly sixty years I have purchased a product that I absolutely cannot fault. From the first enquiry, Mark's subject matter knowledge allowed him to provide all the information that we needed to help us choose what was best for us, without a hint of 'pushy' sales tactics. There was excellent communication at all stages of the process from site survey to ordering to fitting, and the team that fitted the door ensured that it was fitted perfectly and demonstrated to us. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with the result; I'm cursed with a hypercritical eye that finds fault with everything but this time even I can't fault it!! Having drawn a blank when contacting Hörmann Garage Doors direct, it was suggested I contact the original supplier of the door or a recognised dealer. I made contact with the original supplier, Chamberlain Garage Doors of Bolton, but unfortunately they were not able to help for at least 8 weeks due to current work load. Presuming it was a repair/service call that was needed, Chamberlain advised I contact Arridge Garage Doors, being based in Oswestry to keep costs to a minimum. I spoke with Luke at Arridge and nothing was too much trouble. Having informed him of my issue & the part needed to rectify things, he advised me that it was not a stocked item. That said, Luke was keen to follow my enquiry through to a satisfactory conclusion and informed me he would make enquiries and keep me informed. Within less than 24 hours I received an email from Luke informing me, having had a conversation with Hormann, a roll of the required adhesive tape would be sent by post to me FOC from Hormann. What fantastic customer service from Luke, from the second he answered the phone. The roll arrived the next day and has been fitted by myself resolving the problem. Luke is a credit to Arridge Garage Doors of Oswestry. If my experience is anything to go by I most certainly would recommend Arridge for any future garage door requirements. From the initial contact to the fitting of the garage door, Arridge have been very professional, courteous and efficient.
Luke at the office was very helpful and informative and I felt in safe hands with the company. Mark came to measure up and brought samples of the doors, again helpful and informative.
Paul the fitter was excellent, and a class worker. He has done a very tidy job of fitting the door into an existing opening.

All good, except that we did not spot that the roller type doors were inset somewhat into the reveal of the existing garage door space. The problem then is that rain water from the door now runs down into the garage entrance. To date we have had no help with this problem, which is disappointing.

End-to-end service was excellent and the product is to a high-quality finish. I was uncertain whether a side hinged metal door was going to be possible for a 1950's concrete slab garage; however, the quality finish makes it look as though it was designed especially for this type of application. I was pleased that I went with the fitting service as this not only gave a high-end finish but also included the removal and disposal of the old door and fittings. The sales process was straight-forward and did not feel pressured. The door has a solid feel, despite going for a cheaper option, and is easy to operate. The whole process was trouble-free and seemed competitively priced. I would definitely recommend Arridge Garage Doors to friends and family.

Excellent service from start to finish. Luke provided very helpful advice on door selection, executed the order promptly and liaised with a door fitter. Kept me up to date throughout and promptly answered any queries. Wouldn't hesitate to use Arridge Garage Doors again - excellent.

Due to height restriction imposed by a steel lintel it was a slightly tricky fitting. But they managed very well and the finish and fit of the door is excellent.

Finding good, skilled tradesmen in the area of Wales in which we live is some times difficult. We are actually on the edge of the area Mark covers I believe, but getting him to travel down here was really good from our point of view and we are grateful he made the trip.

We would whole heartedly recommend Mark and the team. I would add we are perfectionist and can be difficult customers to please.

Speed of service, quality and local content. Good response to survey, quick installation and doors made in Oswestry. Had an unusual minor fault later but fixed quickly

I contacted this firm as had used before in my previous property and had good service and experience. It was straightforward to get an appointment to visit and measure up. I was given a choice with regards to design style, colour and specificity. I chose extra draft proofing which has proved excellent and worth every penny!

Arridge Garage Doors were extremely helpful and efficient. They gave me advice, they came when they said they would, they did a first class job - they even bashed out a dent in my garage door! Can't praise them highly enough.
