An expensive mistake
This must be at least the third request for a review that I have received from you. As I left a review a while ago. To add, it actually appears that I am allergic to the memory foam used in the mattress. This never happened on our 3 night stay at Premier Inn, Pickering I can only assume that the makeup of the two mattresses is different. A very expensive buy that will have to be replaced.

Mattress seems fine but website gave the impression of next day or a few days delivery. However when we looked a delivery date options they were weeks away. We ordered the bed on 2nd June and the first date was 23rd June.

Timely delivery and effortless change of mattresses. The mattresses are every bit as comfortable as I hoped they would be and most certainly have increased my quality of sleep. The delivery team were polite and efficient to make changeover painless.

Good service
Fairly straightforward online ordering process but once mastered it all worked. Delivery was well coordinated but there was a mix up that was quickly resolved with divan and mattress delivered separately on the same day. The lads were courteous and efficient with the delivery.
Once unpacked we enjoyed the Premier Inn bed experience at home.

We were happy at first, but after just 1 month the mattress has uneven lumps and wavy compressed areas that make it very uncomfortable. I expected better durability from a new mattress Hoping for a quick warranty replacement or fix.

It is a comfortable mattress
It is a comfortable mattress, replacing a Premier Inn matress we bought several years ago.
I was however disappointed to note that withing 10 days there were noticeable dips where we lay. Hopefully it is simple settlement.
Delivery driver and mate were quick and tidy. A phone call warning when theyb were soon to arrive was also a help,

The mattress was great
The mattress was great. Delivery was on day planned. Received called stating 30 mins to hour and after 2 hours they showed up after mentioning to the delivery drivers they are not at my address or area as was in a different location.

Great purchase.
The process to select and order was very easy, the date given was spot on and we were contacted the day before, with an approxiamate time window, the guys that arrived were very polite and helpful and insalled thd bed just as we asked. One minor thing was we didnt get a call b4 on the day as stated, but it was ok.
The bed was just as ordered and were happy with our purchase.
