The mattress is firm , so may not be for everyone… that said, after a couple of nights my back pain was so much better.

Still may not be as perfect as it is when in the hotel
I love when I sleep at Premier Inn as the pillows feel perfect. I finally got a set of two and I thought I should choose the firm ones. However, they seem to be a bit chunkier than I expected and then I now feel upper back pains. Not sure if the soft ones are better, but now I fear spending again and not being worth it. At purchase point, I tried and look if I could buy a set of two (1 firm and 1 soft) so I could try both, but there wasn`t. I hope there was a solution for this. The pillow is of good quality, but in terms of sleeping well and finding the right pillow for my back pain, I give up...

Friendly staff, comfy bed (so much so I have recently replaced my home mattress with a Premier Inn mattress and pillows!), great accessible room and shower, tasty breakfast. What's not to love? Oh! The accessible bathroom needs a shower chair in front of the basin/mirror so I can shave with ease.

Mattress is comfortable
Pillows - we ordered 2 x firm and 2 x soft. There was not a medium option and possibly that would have been our preferred option…. No way of trying out first.
Our mattress topper is great and depth of mattress is greater than our previous one so we have invested in extra deep king size fitted sheets since delivery
All positive otherwise.

Mattress makes us feel like were in an hotel every night. Delivery driver needs to learn not to swear in peoples homes. Free mattress collection was specified, yet delivery driver said otherwise and swore in my home infront of my wife. Not acceptable.

An expensive mistake
This must be at least the third request for a review that I have received from you. As I left a review a while ago. To add, it actually appears that I am allergic to the memory foam used in the mattress. This never happened on our 3 night stay at Premier Inn, Pickering I can only assume that the makeup of the two mattresses is different. A very expensive buy that will have to be replaced.
