Market a polo as dry fit when it is not even close to dry fit. The XL fits like a XXL. Customer service is terrible as they would not exchange it or refund me my money. Do not buy this cheap made in china stuff. It’s cheap and doesn’t fit. Go do business somewhere else that deserves your money.

I am so so sad. I ordered 2 custom crewnecks to honor former students who are off playing sports for their new colleges. I paid 32 each with all of the discounts, I measured my current jerzee brand sweatshirts and ordered according to the prepsports size charts. Mind you, I have run school stores for the past seven years where we order spiritwear regularly in large quantities. The sizes I received are so small. I questioned on the chat whether I accidentally ordered women’s versus unisex sizing and was told they don’t have women’s sizes. The measurements are not accurate and do not reflect unisex sizing and now I am out over $60 with 2 sweatshirts that cannot be worn by anyone I know as no one has children that could fit into these. I just referred the entire team to this site and fear I will now be shunned when they all waste their money too! I tried customer service and was told that I should go measure the sweatshirt I received. I am so so so sad. If you have money to gamble with maybe it would be worth a try but order way up in size. I am so sorry if I misled anyone and they lost money.

Order shirts on 2 separate occasions on. Same shirt, same size. 1st order, fit perfectly. 2nd order, exact same shirt and size came in huge. Chandler rep refused to acknowledge the actual issue of the varying size for exact same shirt. Buyer beware - inconsistent quality.

I will also be reporting them for copyright infringement on the logos they are using.

I left a review just after receiving an order (surprise for my hubby) which fit great - until it was washed. It shrank horribly! We've ordered before and never had this happen. I was promptly contacted by Chandler (Cust. Serv.) who requested a photo, and then offered to replace in a larger size. He shipped it right away. I'm so impressed with this customer service! Not only was my review addressed (I didn't ask for a larger size), but an apology and reorder at no cost to me occured. My husband and I are truly grateful and highly impressed with this level of customer service. Thank you & a special shout out to Chandler for his dedication to communication & expediency. Thanks Chandler!!!! I hope you get recognized for a job well done!

Item was no received as ordered. The shirt can be seen through because the material is so thin. Might make a good dust rag for a couple of months.
Tried to find a phone number for customer service. Wait there is no customer service. Tried the online customer service and that was a joke.
Order at your own risk or better yet don't order from this company.

My items I received were absolutely Great.Qaulity an fit were on point! My items came in a timely fashion as I ordered them.All together 2 custom hoodies,7 shirts.. Stephanie in customer service is da bomb! She took time to help me with my items that I ordered,she answered my emails right away! I'm impressed. Unfortunately, I cannot review the product because I haven't received the product! I placed the order on July 29, the company sent me an email saying the item had shipped on 8/5. It is now 8/11 and USPS says they have not received the item. (I needed the shirts by 8/14, which obviously is not going to happen now.) I contacted customer service and they say to wait until the end of the week and then reach out to them again. If nothing has changed, they will issue a replacement. They passed the blame to USPS and assumed NO accoutability whatsoever! Unfortunately, I see that has been the typical response to others who have left reviews here regarding the same issue. The site says 3 - 5 days before shipping and then 2 - 3 days shipping, max of 8 business days total. We are on day 9 and USPS still does not have the package. I requested they remake the items NOW and ship them out overnight delivery tomorrow so I would receive them on Thursday. I was told no, they ONLY use the 2 - 3 day delivery. I was also told this has been a repeated problem! So the company is aware that their shipping method is inefficient yet they will not choose an alternative shipping option and also will not correct the shipping misinformation they have posted on their site. VERY poor customer service! At the VERY least, they should reflect an accurate shipping time on their site so that customers can plan accordingly! Will most definitely NOT be doing business with them again.

We were very happy with our order! It came in sooner than anticipated, and the quality was excellent. My husband loves the hat, and wears it every day.

I ordered 3 T-shirts. Two adult sizes and one youth size. The shirts were nicely made, exactly as I had ordered them however the youth shirt came with some sort of stain on it. I don’t know exactly what it was but since it was a brand new shirt I didn’t want to mess with trying to remove the stain. I contacted the company via their website on a weekend and promptly received an email back from Chandler on Monday morning. They made a new shirt and I received it in record time. I was told to donate or toss the stained shirt. I can’t recommend this company enough! The choices in creating clothing is huge, the T-shirts top quality and their customer service superb!!

Ordered a medium shirt. Did not fit. Too small.

Customer service was fantastic. Stephanie assisted in all phases of my order delay, which was in part due to the Postal Service. She always got back to me promptly and courteous at all times. when the item came, it was of better than ever expected quality. Soft, comfortable, great color sized, exactly as described. I would definitely order from this company again.

My order has been waiting pickup for 11 days. This sham company doesn’t even have a phone number to call. I should know better than to trust an outfit with no phone. I’m trying to cancel if I can ever get a hold of someone. I wish I could do a minus 1500 stars.
