I order a personalized hoodie as a Christmas gift for my dad who is in an assisted-living facility. I had it shipped to my sister's address so she could wrap it before giving it to my dad, but for some unknown reason, the mailman returned it to sender rather than delivering it to her address. I contacted customer service, explained the situation, and asked if they could resend it to my dad's address instead of my sister's address. Despite the fact that Prep Sportswear did not cause the problem, Greg Stewart from customer service said they would gladly reship the hoodie for free directly to my dad. I'm thankful that Greg and Prep Sportswear made things right even though they didn't cause the problem.

Just received my hooded sweatshirt. Looks great. The only two small complaints would be, was expecting to be a little thicker. It's about half the thickness of my other hoodies. Its for our local hockey team, they play in the winter so you need to dress a little warmer so thicker would of been better. Second the size is good as long as you don't use a dryer. if you use a dryer all the time order one size up or it's eventually going to be to small.

Greg was very helpful and responded quickly to my emails about an item in my order. He resolved the issue in less than 24 hours and went above and beyond what I expected. Very pleased customer here!

Let me give kudos to prep sportswear and especially their customer service person Stephanie. I had order some items from the company but unfortunately although the usps marked my item as delivered I never received them. I emailed both the postal system and prep sportswear company of the problem. The post office put in a lost package application BUT Stephanie made sure to replace my items by sending me the exact items at no additional charge. She also stated if the package should show up to donate it. Who does that now a days. Great service and great person. I highly recommend making any purchase from this company besides the quality of items are A+. Thank You for everything.

I sent some pictures of a jersey that was needing to be replaced Greg Stewart immediately answered my email request for somebody to look into it. He took complete ownership of it escalated to production department and they agreed that the jersey need to be replaced and the new ones on its way incredible Service great job Greg.

The customer service was excellent. I'm always a little leary of order online from a company I do not know but it this case they are outstanding. I had a problem with my order and I emailed them on Dec 26th ( not expecting a reply until after the holidays) to my pleasant surprise they replied almost within the hour! They were very prompt and extremely helpful in correcting the issue. The quality of their product is superb and I will not hesitate to order from them again. I highly recommend them. My items were shipped very quickly and were a good quality. My grandsons loved their sweatshirts!

I ordered custom items, 7 shirts and 1 sweatshirt. One of the t-shirts came in with a pull in the collar. Customer Service was amazing, quick to reply and offered a replacement for the t-shirt. All other items were perfect (and a big hit as Christmas gifts). They arrived quickly and the quality was good.

I ordered a hoodie for my wife. It said "runs small", so I ordered 1 size bigger than what she usually wears. It was still WAY too small. I ordered the next size up, and she decided on a different graphic. When I reached out to the company, they said there are NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES. Terrible way to do business!!! If I had known, I would have NEVER purchased from this company.

My experience with Prep Sportwaear is noteworthy and it is very appropriate to provide this review. Finding and ordering an item (polo shirt) was easy even thought the requested school is a very small eastern university. Shipping was quick, fitting in a small holiday window. And for a post delivery need, my experience with Customer Service was outstanding. I highly recommend Prep Sportwear.

I ordered a sweatshirt that was too small and chatted with Ashley. She was very helpful and I could tell she could actually cared to help out! great customer service and great experience will definitely buy again.

I was getting no response on my tracking from USPS. When I reached out to Prep, Greg S. answered. He worked with me every frustrating step of the way to find out where my package was. When it arrived after Christmas, without asking he refuned my shipping because of the inconvenience.

Sweatshirt didn’t fit and this company apparently offers ZERO exchanges. WOW! I will be SURE to spread this “GOOD “ information!!! Had I know this, I would have NEVER ordered from here.

It was my first time ordering from them and I was ordering my future daughter inlaw something for Christmas and I was actually the one that messed up and ordered the incorrect school that she coach's the girls soccer team for. I was frantic and couldn't find a phone number for them and I hate communicating through computer generated messages but my concern was passed onto an actual customer service agent by the name of Stephanie and she was awesome. She was able to get the correct shorts and shirt sent to my daughter inlaw before Christmas and better yet she didn't charge me

I can’t begin to put into words the considerate and attentive help I got from Greg Stewart at Prep Sportswear (during their busiest time of year). My emails were answered immediately, he helped me through an issue that was resolved immediately - even after realizing the mistake was on my end. I will continue to do business with Prep sportswear. The item was exactly as described and better than I imagined. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had with this company. Thank you, Greg!

My order was sent to the wrong address.

In the past I have been satisfied with the products. However my last order ruined my entire outlook on this company. It’s very over priced but usually has reasonable discounts. I looked at several sweatshirts for my son. Ordering his usual size. It arrived and was 1-2 sizes too small. I measured it, way smaller than 95% of the size charts on the website indicate. I picked the one product with different sizing. No way to be compensated for the $70 scrap cloth I have now.

Well before the Christmas rush, I ordered a sweatshirt for a grandson. Only to realize today that I had ordered one with the wrong graduation date on it. Upon realizing the error of my ways I contacted prep sportswear. To my pleasant surprise, they are going to correct my error and send me a new sweatshirt. They recommended that I donate the first sweatshirt which I will gladly do to a deserving soul at the school. Thank you to Greg Stewart one of your wonderful customer service representative for helping me save face on this Christmas gift. wonderful company to deal with!

They have boxes that offer personalization on their hats (for me, it was specifically the one for the Seattle Marathon). You put the name in the box, and it "accepts" it and takes you to checkout with that name included in the product listing. The personalized hat I ordered arrived without the personalization I asked for, and the customer service I got in touch with lied and said that "none of our hats offer personalization on the website." I just sent my sister a ridiculously expensive hat thinking it would come with her name on it, and am now dealing with unapologetic lying from customer service. I hope nobody else I know uses this site, because the whole thing feels like a huge racket.

I ordered a sweatshirt for Christmas.And the Post Office lost it. Prep sportswear with their quick work and great people got a new one sent out for me. So I will have it in time for christmas. I will be using them when ever needed
