NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THEIR GARMENT SIZES
When they send you a shirt / sweatshirt / ANYTHING THEY sell that is too large or too small, you can just kiss that money goodbye. You are stuck with it. There is no way to return it, exchange it, or get something else.

The two items I ordered were measured differently size-wise. I misread the measuring instructions so one was too small. When I reached out to them, Chandler R. offered a replacement at their cost. He was very easy to work with and I recommend them highly. Their customer service is great!

Item was sent USPS. Worst delivery method EVER! I wanted the shirt for 9/6/25 and it is stuck in Cleveland for the past 4 days. So..even though I ordered and it was supposed to be here by Friday..when I wanted to wear it on Saturday...I didn't get it and am not holding my breath for next weekend either. Won't order again because if the delivery method.

Absolute trash quality shirts and sweaters provided. Their customer service is trash and policy is set up so that you are screwed either way when something isn’t right with quality unless they messed up on printing. They pay $5 dollars for a shirt sell it for 30 knowing the quality is trash. When you reach out they tell you oh sorry we can help per put policy but we’d be happy to give you free shipping on another order…. If your item was trash once why would I buy again.

I ordered a hat with customize options and after I received the hat no customized was done after 2 times of messages they said they don't customize hats but the website shows you can and can't get a refund very bad customer service would never order anything again filed a complaint to the BBB and see what happens

I had a small problem with a hat but they treated it as important and urgent. Service was responsive and persistent and dedicated to resolving my issue. Which they did.

I ordered an item for my niece in a small adult size and received a toddler's size. The quality was also very cheap! The item was a gift. I reported the inaccurate size and poor quality, wanting a refund. The response was for me to take her measurements, and they would send a bigger size.

First, my niece doesn't live near me, and it was a birthday gift. I again requested a refund, but it was not an option.

I placed an order with Prep Sportswear back on August 4, 2025 totaling $171. I have not received my order as of today’s date August 15, 2025. I emailed the company on 8-12-25 to get an update why the tracking number that was provided stated the label was created but the items never arrived at the post office. I got a follow up email from someone name Greg who stated a new tracking number would be created and I would receive my order by today 8-15-25. Well of course I never received a new tracking number. This company is unreliable. I have my upcoming all class High School picnic at the end of the month. This year is special as all of my classmates and I are turning 60. I ordered early anticipating take delay but nothing like this. I hope this company is not a hoax and just took my money. I’m very disappointed in their business practices. My next rant will be to the BBB.

Do not use. I ordered a hat with my son's name and number on it, but it was only the high school name. It had a place on the order to insert name and #, but nothing. Total scam to get you to order a product. Return policy sucks. Do not use this company!! Have found better options. Do your homework.

I'm not sure how they are in business when they can't even respond to you about anything. Lost touch with human interactions.

Got exactly what I ordered. Looks great. Arrived way before I thought it would.

As always, Prep is hands down a great company to do business with. I had a problem to arise & Greg went to work to fix it promptly. I have been doing business with Prep Sportswear for well over 3 years & I honestly recommend anyone looking for professional custom sportswear, do it with them.

Ashley, was super helpful and kind, helped me fix a mistake i had made and gave me an overall great experience!

First time user and had a big issue getting the website to accept the code for the discount. Ashley stepped up and took charge from my email sent in. She sent me instructions and how to handle the order and was able to do a credit for the difference of the discount with in minutes. Greatly appreciate the wonderful help!!! Rose Mallery

Update to this issue: After writing this review, I went back with the sizes of the sleeves, back length and chest. All were way off. He has said they make these from scratch. I told them this wasn’t my job, it was theirs before it left their shop. I have no idea if they’ll implement quality control here on in or not. They finally agreed to refund me.

Beware of sizing! Sweatshirts don’t match US sizes. According to their customer service, you’re supposed to measure chest, sleeves and length before using the sizing we’re all used to. Bought I thought large enough to even be too big for my grandson. Barely fits a US youth large. Ordered Youth XL and it was almost painful watching him try to put his arms though it to get it on. Not only is their sizing smaller, they use some imported fabric called brushed polyester fleece. It has no give at all. Their return policy is that they will give the next size in a return within 15 days of receiving. They don’t. Since this is a youth XL I ordered, the next size up would be adult S and they won’t honor that. They offer 20% on your “next order”. There’s no way I would order one more thing from them. Do yourself a favor and go for the Gildan brand which follows the US sizes without having to measure each inch of your child before ordering along with using the stretchy cotton polyester blend.
I’m out the $54 for this sweatshirt plus the $10 shipping.
They never sent an email with the order receipt - just a text though they said an email would also come. I had no idea about the shipping since again they sent it to a text vs email without a blue link to even know what shipping company they were using. Just a tracking number without a company to know where to go with that number.
No order info to my email but plenty of their ads came.
Buyer beware in every single aspect of ordering from this company.

That was totally cool with me, I thought a reasonable price for 3 cotton tshirts. Gets delivered to the door by courier... they want and additional $55. I thought that was pretty underhanded and disgusting considering there was no mention of this when I ordered. If they weren't all for my Nephew, I would have said "Send them back". That additional fee sends the company's price from reasonable to legal theft.
