Super fast delivery

My ink cartridges arrived the next day, well packed and undamaged. They work perfectly in my Canon Pixma and are much cheaper than Canon's own brand.
I'll always use Printerinks now as ordering is easy (even for a non techy like me!) their service is spot on and staff so helpful if you don't know what you're doing.

I’ve always had good service from Printerinks: replacement inks cheaper than originals and no problems. On this occasion I inadvertently order the wrong cartridges. I placed my order and didnt receive a confirmation email, so I contacted Maryam at Printerinks to look into it.
Apparently I hadn’t put a dot in my email address and that was the reason. It was my error.

I have been using Printerinks for a long time with no problems. However, when my last order did not turn up, I got in touch with Printerinks and spoke with Maryam. She looked into it and found that the delivery agents, Fedex, has tried to deliver twice and logged me as 'not at home' and had returned my package to Printerinks. I had heard no one knocking and no 'non-delivery'slip was put through my letterbox. To cut a long story short, Maryam, who was helpful throughout, managed to negotiate with Fedex that they would leave the package in my (safe place) front porch which has an outer door which I would leave unlocked. This worked, though again I was in and heard nobody at the door. I gathered from Maryam that different carriers are used, depending where the order is sourced from, so perhaps I have been lucky previously in having had no problems on delivery. So thanks to Maryam for sorting it out.

A Printer cartridge for a Canon TR4795 Inkjet was lote arriving. When I emailed to chase it, the issue was immediatley sorted out without any quibble or fuss. Many thanks to Maryam in Customer Service for sorting out a solution to this professionally and quickly, as it was urgent.

My original order was misread and therefore incomplete. Matter resolved reasonably quickly.

Shipment was missing a couple of items. Notified the company and the items were delivered the next day.

I mistakenly ordered two packs of ink cartridges instead of one, and I contacted Printer Inks to advise them of my error and arrange product return. The friendly lady in Customer Services suggested today (27/3/2026) that I retain the extra package and offered a 50% cost reduction to avoid the cost and hassle of returning the product which I could use anyway. A good example of effective Customer Management which ensures customer retention. Thank you and very well done.
