Maryan Shenaz’s customer care support was outstanding.
Something as obscure as ordering the wrong cartridges, returning them with correct replacements was faithfully followed up by Maryan.
If only other CSR were as attentive/effective as Maryam’s, this definitely would be a better world.
5 star service across the spectrum!

DONT BOTHER EVEN TRYING TO BUY FROM THEM. NOT WORTH THE HASSLEV

Abysmal returns system
Trying to return an order. Wrote on chatbox the order number, response was to ask for order number!!
Tried phone number quoted on Trustpilot site, just silence. Now received confirmation of another order dated 9th which was the date of the order I have received, but a new order number created! Am now sending signed for, formal notice that I am returning order under consumer rights laws on distance selling

Filled out order no verification so phoned bank and cancelled card payment.
Can't be doing with wasting a couple of hours trying to sort out problem.
Reviews from others tell story - not good!!!
Never use them again as cannot make any direct contact. Have now pride of place in my scam file.
Awful company
Awful company, I placed an order for printer ink over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received anything. I have asked for a refund but nothing, no ink no refund. DO NOT order from this company!!
Faulty cartridge, replacement process takes so long I wish I hadn't bothered
Installed printer cartridge and after a few weeks of very little use the message came up on the printer saying that the cartridge was faulty. Emailed Pinterinks twice, no reply so went onto their website and chatted to Maryam who told me that address is incorrect (it is the address their emails to me came from). Had to resend a photograph of the printer screen AND a photograph of the faulty cartridge, still waiting for a response 11 minutes later, total time so far 32 minutes, what a waste of time, cheaper to have written off the faulty cartridge and bought another, not impressed!
Returned cartridges
Returned cartridges, still waiting for refund. Have emailed, had live chats, still nothing hit my bank. Items returned 20th November 2025. I have done everything asked for to complete the process. Just get told it is in the hands of management. Used this company for years, never had a problem, until now. Told to wait a few days for refund, still waiting.
Laser printer - toner cartridges - problems
At first laser toner cartridges good. Later, one or two started to spatter ink when partly used. These were replaced free of charge. As spatter problems continued company started to ignore emails. Cost of using and replacing partly used faulty cartridges became excessive. Company did not respond to requests for compensation or refund. Changed supplier and all now good.
No order and no refund
My order wasn't arriving despite reassurances from Maryam Shenaz at Customer Services. So I asked for a refund. I was again assured it had gone through but two weeks later no money in the bank. I'm wondering if it is a legitimate company or just a sham. I'll be visiting my bank today for advice. Never again.

Ordered more than 7 days ago, still not received. No response to email sent. No phone number available to chase order. Moving house, so if they eventually turn up and ive moved, I shall be getting a refund!

Sadly I waited weeks for the delivery- PI stated it had arrived when it had not. There was a lot of chasing (such a waste of time) just to get what I had paid for. On the plus side they did send out replacement ink which did took a week - so that was a helpful. I was surprised at that. Not ideal but resolved.
Abysmal Customer Service and refusal to deal with problem cartridge
The print cartridge wouldn't work when installed in my printer. Customer service abysmal response. Chat didn't work - left holding for 20 minutes despite it saying average time to speak was 3 minutes. Sent a contact form which received no acknowledgement and then sent an email which took them four days to reply to. They then refused to replace the cartridge. So a waste of £30. They actually used to be very good and helpful. Something has changed in the past 12 months. I suggest you steer clear of them.
Complete lack of any customer service…
Complete lack of any customer service when printer cartridges that were shipped after the expiry date on the boxes did not work.
Made to jump through hoops to send picture of the box and printer tests then ghosted.
I would suggest you steer well clear.
POOR - AVOID
POOR - AVOID...0 stars...I bought a pack of 4 compatible toner cartridges for my HP printer (Ahead of my originals running out) for £200. When I installed them in my printer, I received an error on the printer saying the cartridges were "Protected". This means they cannot be used on any other printer. Slow response from PrinterInks support. They offered me no solution and no refund. POOR - AVOID. No I have to go elsewhere and spend more money as I cannot use my printer.
I order over a week ago
I order over a week ago. I've received no updates. I've emailed Customer Care twice with no reply. Their Chat function doesn't seem to work. I've just emailed again and I will update again if it improves. Currently I am contacting my credit card company. I'm not impressed at all so far.
Failed product and very slow poor quality service
The first of the four pack of expensive toner cartridges from PrinterInks i inserted failed after printing just a few pages, thereafter i just kept getting 'replace toner' messages despite the fact the new toner cartridge had only just been inserted. Raised a query for support which wasn't answered for 5 days, then after being asking for loads of 'evidence' of the failure I eventually got a replacement toner cartridge (arrived 10 days after the initial complaint). This failed in exactly the same way. Over the following week I then got two different bits of 'technical' advice (neither of which even remotely related to my issue). I then asked for a refund (a week on that request hasn't been responded to) and ordered from a competitor instead - their toner turned up in 48 hours and worked immediately so after 3 full weeks of not being able to print or scan anything my only resolution here was to fix this failing product myself by turning to a competitor and I am still waiting on a refund from PrinterInks. Poor product and even worse service from PrinterInks, the measure of any company is how well they sort out the things that go wrong, based on direct experience here I would not recommend PrinterInks to anyone!!

I have used Printerinks previously and have been very satisfied with the service. However I am now awaiting an order and endeavoured to find out when I can expect delivery. Printerinks say they have a chat service. Well if one has an hour to spend there is still no guarantee that your query will be answered. I still have not received my order and will not be ordering again. Printerinks used to be an excellent provider of Printing Inks but no longer. Despite wasting 90 minutes today I still have no knowledge if despite have proof of purchase, invoice etc I am no further to being notified when I will receive delivery. What was a fantastic service appears now to be very disappointing. I will now be contacting the CEO of the Company !!! There is a phone number but it is never answered !!!
Bad Customer Experiemce
I ordered ink for my printer and made payment using my Klarna card. The ink took a few days to arrive even though I was promised a next day delivery. When the ink arrived it did not fit into my printer and I returned it and proceeded to process a refund through Klarna. Klarna reported that the refund could not be processed and asked that I contact Printer inks directly. I contacted Printer inks and this is when Albert on behalf of Printer inks refused to process the refund saying it was not authorised. He did not offer any other solution and asked me to refer back to Klarna. I have now contacted trading standards as I believe this fall below the acceptable standard of any company trading in the UK, it feels like I have carried out a transaction in a third world country, even in some third world countries, consumer rights are respected. Became full when dealing with printer inks
