Privilege have staff to talk to!
I received my renewal notice- being with Privilege for many years - to see it had gone up 25%. I felt this was unacceptable for a variety of reasons - no claims, less than 1kmiles last year - and more. Rang (yes they do have humans to talk to) - short version premium reduced to an acceptable level. Good service, great staff, price acceptable!

Always efficient
Very timely reminder by post, giving me plenty of time to 'shop around'. I stayed with Priviledge though as theirs, as usual, was the best quote. Always a very efficient service

I cancelled on the phone and they failed to do it
I cancelled because they were so expensive
Still ongoing and I can’t seem to get rid of this crap company
