Renewal
Called up to see if I could possibly get a better deal, took me about 2 minutes to get through. The agent understood everything I was saying, and was very pleasant. Ended up with a renewal price I was very happy to accept, just slightly more expensive than the cheapest quote from a comparison site. I would rather pay slightly more for a quality service!

It’s a good insurance policy for
It’s a good insurance policy which, thankfully I have never had to use, but it is expensive in its market of providers. But the automatic roll on each year saves the fuss of changing.

It’s easy to contact customer support on phone and a brand that can be trusted and I have been with privilege insurance for many years they are good at understanding all kinds of issues and are always helpful and willing to help life is hard nowadays and no one’s perfect but it’s great to see some brand names are helpful keep up the good work and keep helping citizens especially elderly.

Absolutely no fuss insurance services from Privelege. The renewal process was very straightforward. Why wouldn't you renew when the premium remained competitive unlike some other insurers who treat loyalty differently.

Was so easy from start to finish with my claim. I was kept up to date at every stage and the repair was quick. The staff at Privilege and SBS were helpful and professional and I couldn’t have wished for a better process.
