Products are great but the customer service was terrible in ashford they were all just standing around talking.
Also didn’t add on the discount - they really didn’t want to help

I have purchased a full set of knives and a dish.
The knives especially are AMAZING!! So tactile and so very very sharp they DEMAND the utmost respect when using them!

The assistant was amazing
The assistant was amazing! There was not the cast iron pot we wanted in the colour red, so she phoned a second shop in the outlet, they had one so she ran down in the rain and got it for us!
