Brilliant ice cream maker
Really friendly assistance in the shop. Gave great advise on the product and she wasn’t wrong. The ice cream maker is so easy to use. Mix your ingredients and turn it on. In an hour you will have the most delicious ice cream

I must admit that I found the instructions for the Procook pressure cooker and Airfryer not as clear as could be, however on ringing the store at Freeport I was given very useful and professional help. I love the device especially as I have used the Sous-vide and Slow cooker function also.

The staff were so helpful to me when choosing a knife set. I absolutely loved that there were fruit and vegetables available to try them out on and indeed I bought a set of your own knives. They are impressively sharp. I will be back for other things.

My wife and I are regular visitors to ProCook, especially since we both retired . We often go to our local branch in Bishops Stortford, and recently to the outlet in Braintree. Recently , we got rid of all our frying pans at home - 4 of them- and buy a new set .
We did a thorough research over a whole month to be absolutely certain that our choice is the right one. The verdict we reached was quite satisfactory. We bought a set of 3 frying pans from ProCook to be added to our kitchen.
Staff was very patient , knowledgeable and courteous, and by the way , our research took us to at least 12 other companies before we decided to go for ProCook.
The quality of the products , the price and the guarantee were very convincing indeed .
Very highly recommended.
