ProCook - Cannock Opiniones

nice product. good service

In store purchase made:
I’ve bought pro cook products before and have always been very happy with the quality of the items.
I went into a store last week to buy a few things and had dealings with two different staff members. They were both so very helpful, informative, friendly and professional. Excellent team at McArthurGlenn, Cannock Branch. Thank you.

Great range of kitchen items! Excellent quality!

They customer service representatives were extremely helpful at the store, and made recommendations regarding savings on items.

The young lady, who assisted me, was very knowledgeable and put me into the right direction for what I wanted.
She even got a bowl of water for my dog,( which she was really grateful for) due to the heat.
I purchased a wrought iron griddle plate.
Very reasonably priced, brilliant for the bbq.
Again many thanks

Bought baking sheet and gravy pan excellent quality, need to go and get more

There were a lot of great kitchen products on sale, and the Sales Assistant was so helpful and knowledgeable at a busy time of the day.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff!

ProCook products are excellent quality at a very reasonable price.

Highly recommended the products and knowledge the staff have. Cutlery and cooking tins spot on.

I’ve shopped both in the Solihull branch and the McArthur Glen Outlet. In particular a shout to the staff in McArthur Glen. Thanks for the recipe cards my banana bread has stepped up a level!

Thanks guys keep up the good work. Many companies could learn a thing or two from you!

Friendly advice and service, the staff are very professional.
My only complaint was the new kitchen knife I bought had nothing on the display to say it is not dishwasher safe.
Fortunately the assistant who served me told me.
I am more than happy with the product and will be visiting again.

The lady that assisted us was so helpful and kind and helped us get exactly the knives we needed without breaking the budget. Didn’t catch her name but thank you!!

Visited shop and staff were extremely helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable about products on sale.

ProCook has virtually every essential for the kitchen. Regarding one of my purchases. The 'y' shaped peeler, its a second as a back up, purely because its such an excellent product. Not only does its sharp swivel blade glide through peeling veg, but the main reason I get it from ProCook is because of the safety plastic blade cover for when putting in the draw. I always used to go by what fitted straight and neat into cutlery draw but that straight regular peeler was hard work compared to the 'y' shape swivel blade with blade cover.

My experience was very good. Very helpful service, warm and friendly.

Good product choice and Theo was excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable against other companies and they do special offers
