Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff helped us completely kit out our kitchen. Will definitely be back in the future but with a 25 year guarantee on the pans, it might not be for a while!

The lady was very helpful
The lady was very helpful, I was buying some knifes for my nephew’s birthday. She explained if I purchased them over £100 I would get £20 off . So I had that offer, very helpful. Thankyou. My nephew is very chuffed with them. 👍

Staff were friendly and welcoming, they knew about the products.
Store was clean and had plenty of products on display that could be touched and picked up.
Pans and knives are a great addition to my kitchen!

Helpful staff
Staff at cannock Procook were very helpful in explaining about the different types saute pans they sold. The man who helped us had good knowledge of the different types from nonstick to stainless steel and Tri-ply etc and how they suit different styles of cooking etc.
