Lovely helpful staff and a great shop to visit

Great Customer service.products are good quality.l shopped ar cheshire oakes store. Staff were cheerful and very helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff who helped us in our choice of knives, even allowing us to try out a demo set on some vegetables!
The assistant was able to answer my questions about the features on some of the knives, which helped in my purchase.
Did not feel pressurised into buying an expensive set of any additional items.

The young lady in the store was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me choose the pans that I needed

Pro cook at Cheshire Oaks is brilliant the staff are so helpful and really know their stuff!! The gentleman that served me on Monday the 8th was a credit to the store he went over and above to explain and help when purchasing a knife sharpener and knife block

Staff was helpful and let me try out the knives before I purchased them

The person serving had put something aside for me to collect about an hour previous to me visiting the shop, I was travelling a fair way and wanted to make sure they had the item.
On arrival the staff were very helpful and suggested also another item that I may have been interested in that was also on offer, which I did also purchase. I was buying the items for a gift.

Very good lady works in Cheshire Oaks! Helps a lot!
And now I am extremely happy with my knives!

I would like to have given a higher rating as the gentleman who served me was very friendly and efficient, however the lady who served my friend was extremely rude, grumpy and unhelpful. It spoilt my experience visiting the store for the first time.

Such a lovely shop but most importantly the lady who helped us choose the right product. She was very knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for and took the time to explain the range and what would be best. Excellent service thank you.

The member of staff was very helpful and friendly, she also knew the product and gave us some good advice
