Great service and advice

We bought a lovely 24 piece crockery set from Pro cook Cheshire oaks. The staff were lovely and helped get everything together for us. There was an extra saving over the bank holiday and so we feel like we were treated to a real bargain considering the quality of the products here. Thanks very much.

Great service. Was very happy with the fact that I could test knives out on vegetables before purchasing them.

I recently changed to an induction hob and needed new pans. Libby came to assist me as soon as I walked into the shop. She answered all my queries in a friendly manner, offered advice on the different Procook range of pans, and how they should be used. I bought a professional stainless steel frying pan with confidence and have been very pleased with it so far. I will be returning to buy more in the near future.

Really good quality pan insert for poaching eggs. The surface and coating of the small dish inserts means that only the smallest amount of spray oil is required to ensure that the eggs don't stick. The product is easy to clean and store and I would definitely recommend this product

Visited Pro cook on Tuesday and was helped by a wonderful representative called Libby.
We purchased, pan set, professional knife set & other kitchen utensils.
Libby took the time to demonstrate all the different knife set, so we could make an informed decision on what suited us best. The same with the pans and other purchases.
Libby was incredibly knowledgeable of all Pro cook products, there was no hard sell and she ensured everything we chose was our decision after she explained all pro's and Con's.
Libby is an absolute asset to Pro Cook. She provided an excellent customer experience, she is patient and it's clear she is passionate about what she does. Can't thank her enough and ass such will be recommending Pro Cook and to seek Libby to all my fruends and family.
