Excellent customer service from the moment I entered the shop. The ladies were so attentive and super helpful in supporting my decision making. I fell in love with the overall products and quality. It was easy to find what I was looking for and more. Love how much most of the things have a cottagy design feel. This is not good news at all for my partner .... ha ha ha!

A little expensive. I was originally looking for mugs, but £9 a piece for standard boring looking mug was steep. I ended up getting a egg shape timer. But 4 stars for the staff who was very friendly. Hence the 1 star I took off for being disappointed in the boring mugs.

First visit to the shop and found everything laid out beautifully. Very pleasant assistant who couldn’t have been more helpful.

Went in to look at a knife set at the Dobbies Garden Centre branch (its next door) for the kitchen, so many to choose from and at prices for every budget.
The staff were excellent and gave very useful advice, including not to put them in the dishwasher.
Highly recommended!!

The member of staff who I queried a product with was very knowledgeable and knew exactly the product I was looking for.

The product was 3 different sized glass mixing bowls sold online as a set, the store only sold these individually which worked out more expensive, the lady matched the price to the online set for me.

I can’t remember the servers name but she was wonderful. I know it’s her job but she knew exactly what I wanted. Very knowledgeable. I went in on the 17th Junes about 12ish. She was absolutely brilliant.
