We went into a pro Cook shop and explained that we had seen an offer online. The sales assistant immediately recognised what we were talking about and honoured the online offer.

Friendly team of staff.

A Very helpful young woman assisted us and even allowed us to leave our purchase behind the counter while we completed our other shopping.

It’s always good to shop at Pro cook. The assistants are helpful and the products excellent.
Plus it’s good having plenty of ProCook stores in my area.

The assistant in the shop was excellent, really helpful, polite, positive and knowledgeable without being pushy. The Skillet that I bought is great but my concern now is that it is rather heavy to use.

The ladies were very helpful xx
And not standing behind you when looking through the shop xx

As always - excellent service in the Chichester store.
I don’t think I can recall any shop - and I’ve visited hundreds in my time - where every member of staff has been so welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful, on each visit.

I received a warm welcome in the Chichester branch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend.

Very helpful staff . Nothing to much trouble
