I received a warm welcome in the Chichester branch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend.

They were very helpful and friendly always give good advice

The staff at Chichester are always welcoming, truly professional and give great advice. My visit on Thursday was just the same, I had a warm welcome to the store and after explaining what I was looking for the sales assistant gave me all the information I needed to help me make my purchase. I thoroughly recommend a visit to this store where you will find helpful staff with first class knowledge of the products, especially the knives.

A great shop and team

The young woman who served me was polite and well informed about the advantages of using a ceramic saucepan..

Always use. PRO COOOK for any kitchen needs they have. something for every situation. It’s always good quality well made andi resonably priced

So nice to see a great range of everything you need to set up your kitchen. I had a good look around. I needed a new paring knife and there was a good range to choose from. With the help of a member of the ProCook team I found one that was a good weight and the shape I wanted. I went on to look at the cutlery Soho caught my eye, Its snow on my list for my next visit. This shop is a 10/10 for service, quality and choice.

The shop had both of the items that I wanted at very reasonable prices

Lovely having a Procook shop in Chichester. Excellent stock on display and very helpful staff. Buy all my kitchen equipment there. Only bought a coffee mug this time. It was new in, had a hand crafted look and was 330ml perfect for my flat white made by my Sage machine. Normal sized mugs are too large

Friendly helpful service. Good quality product.

Cheerful greeting as I entered the Chichester store. As ever, the shop was very clean with all displays presented in an orderly fashion. My questions were answered knowledgeably. Products purchased were exactly as I had seen online. Payment was efficient and the paperless receipt sent to me online .
