The chichester store is well laid out, and the staff, have all been so very helpful and knowledgeable each time I’ve visited. Daisy in particular was brilliant, and deserves a special mention.

Went in to get a replacement mug
Went in to get a replacement mug, saw they had a different colour so ended up getting 3. The assistant pointed out that we could get 1 free . So we did. Very kind of her because we hadn't realised that. She then got a box to keep them safe.

Kitchen knives
We were looking for new kitchen knives and your representative was extremely helpful. She explained the different knives and demonstrated each one. She was pleasant and very easy to deal with. Where delighted with the knives repurchased.

Very helpful
Very helpful, friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. We bought some lovely mugs and a knife sharpener, but could have bought a lot more as the shop was full of lovely items!
