Great product and great customer service
Went to buy a knife sharpener for my contour pro X50 knives and spoke to a lovely lady who gave me some excellent advice and even went to the trouble of getting a knife out and show me how to sharpen my knives buy giving a demonstration.I was really grateful and customer service with a smile goes along way.Thankyou to the lovely lady sorry I didn't get your name but she's a credit to the ProCook branch at Ditchling
