Concession was not near us so I…
Concession was not near us so I telephoned in advance describing what I wanted, ( having researched on the web site first). Having confirmed item was in stock with staff, we drove to purchase it. On arrival, I found the item had been put aside for me so I would not have a wasted journey.
I was still shown alternatives by sales person just to make sure I had chosen correctly.

Great service from a staff member who…
Great service from a staff member who really enjoys their job. She was genuinely happy to serve us and the couple before us.
Really pleased with the products we brought this time…spatulas! But I have to say the knives/block we bought well over 5 years ago are amazing and still as sharp as the day we opened the box. We took the advice we received back then from assistant and bought the knife sharpener too…the blades haven’t worn much at all.
Great shop with great products and lovely helpful staff.

I haven't bought a knife in over 50…
I haven't bought a knife in over 50 years. My old and worn out one was broken and needed replacing. I chose ProCook - Ditchling because they are experts in what they do and I wanted to buy the best I could afford. I was approached by a sales lady who I was able to explain exactly what I wanted and she guided me to a series of knives similar to the one I wanted to replace. She was very open about the type of knife I required and I was able, using her knowledge and expertise, to select one that met all my requirements.
The price was right and we had a laugh about the 25 year guarantee. I am in my mid Seventies so I don't think that will come into play.
Looking at the rest of my cutlery I am tempted to replace the whole lot with the same make as I purchased at ProCook.
