The lady who served us went above and beyond what we expected. Having gone to the store with a problem we had, she did everything she could to sort it. Unfortunately they were down to one working till in the shop. She was very apologetic and patient, and eventually it was sorted. The produce is of a very high quality and I would recommend.

ProCook is a lovely , clean and organised shop, and the service and attention to detail is excellent, so whenever we go to Lakeside we pay them a visit. We may just go in to have a look, but we always come out with something exciting! I’ve bought their pans, knives and scissors, and never been disappointed with either the quality or functionality of anything . ProCook is simply a name I can trust

Greeted on entering the store and was directed to the items we were looking for.
Advice given on viewed items and then was taken through the choices right through to selection and then payment. Good customer service

Ordered a replacement Milk Frother and Hot Chocolate Maker by telephone to Doncaster outlet and collected it 5 days later when we were over there. All ready for collection and a most friendly welcome from manager Tracey. It’s always great to visit this outlet.

Staff was friendly, helpful in finding me required steaming insert.
