We bought two USB rechargeable salt and pepper mills. They are fine, however they both had white sticky Pro cook labels on them and it is virtually impossible to remove them. The glue must be something industrial as it’s left some sticky residue which will not come off despite repeated soaking.

I urge you not to buy these products - a reasonable looking item ruined by thoughtless labelling.

I had bought a faulty item. I was refunded quickly. I didn't have the receipt but they traced the purchase for me.
I then bought a saucepan with their help.
Charming, efficient, professional.

It was my first visit to one of your stores and I must say I was impressed. Your products have excellent build quality and reasonably priced. Since we live in the states we hope someday you will open stores in the US. We understand however if that does that happen anytime soon.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff, and a pleasant shopping experience. Looks like a great product (I've only just bought the knife, so time will tell) it's a decent edged AUS 10, 8 inch chef's knife. It has a good weight, and an incredibly comfortable handle. Also a 25 warranty. Can't really ask for more than that!
