Helpful, knowledgeable staff, and a pleasant shopping experience. Looks like a great product (I've only just bought the knife, so time will tell) it's a decent edged AUS 10, 8 inch chef's knife. It has a good weight, and an incredibly comfortable handle. Also a 25 warranty. Can't really ask for more than that!

We recently moved house and wanted new utensils for our kitchen, new pots and pans that were induction compatible plus other products. Your staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products we wanted and advised us accordingly. I had quite a large list and we managed to purchase most of what we wanted. I am very pleased with all we bought , good quality at reasonable prices.

We are long term loyal customers, mostly at the Dorchester store from choice because the staff are so helpful in this well laid out welcoming shop . We had a query regarding our knives losing their edge and the staff were extremely patient, as always, and took time to work out the issue. Because of the thoroughness of your manager there, we ended up resolving the issue and buying a new sharpener, which we are delighted with. Well done Dorchester again. My kitchen is almost entirely ProCook, mostly due to your lovely Dorchester shop and ProCook value, reliability, quality and customer service. Thank you. Dianne

The person who assisted me was very helpful without pushing for a sale. Seemed to know about the product I was interested in.

I'd previously been in store to look for new saucepans after my existing set was on its last legs after 25 years.
I got some great advice from the member of staff and fell in love with a high quality set. As it was a large purchase and investment I went away to think about it.
This week I went back to buy the set, gleaning the incredible help of another member of staff. I was even lucky it was all discounted! Amazing experience from start to finish.

When I visited the store specifically to look at some plates near the window, there were two staff members behind the counter and they didn't venture out of there to come and assist, they talked across the shop floor to me. No one was at the counter waiting to be served.
Not great customer service. Pleasant enough but not over helpful.

Quality products. My 'go to' store when buying something that I know will perform well and last for many years.

I bought some cooking pans, the assistants put my mind at rest that the pans inner coatings were environmentally friendly to humans as well as the environment.
They were very clear on how to use and on how to clean the pans.
The assistants were extremely helpful and polite, which was much appreciated.
