Returned today to purchase a couple of extra pans to add to my set I only bought yesterday. The team in Eastbourne were so helpful and friendly. The triply stainless pans are so good. The quality is so good and after using many different pans these are hands down the best iv ever used on my induction hob. Fantastic cookware great service and look forward to returning to add to my collection.

Whilst looking for new saucepans due to buying an induction hob, the gentleman in the store was very knowledgeable and helped me choose what I needed and made sure it was what was suitable for my family cooking needs. I came away with a complete new set of pans and was happy with the purchase. It was an even better price as they had 20% off due to the bank holiday weekend

Real customer service
It was my first time visiting ProCook and three things struck me. First of all the range was really good, secondly prices were unexpectedly competitive as the shop looks quite expensive from outside. Thirdly however was exceptional customer service. I was looking for a serving dish to match existing colour and the manager could not have done more to help. He went through their old stock records to see if he could trace it which was above and beyond. I bought some glasses and will be back to pick up some more items when in town next. I was so impressed! Real 5 stars to ProCook.
