We were greeted by staff as soon as we entered the store. Both were friendly and helpful, but not in the least pushy. Although we didn’t buy what we went for, we bought other things and came away with ideas for future purchases.
The product qualities were really good and the prices were very good. We have other ProCook products at home and we love them

The staff are particularly helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the products and always go out of their way to assist and to help if an issue. I amnterrible with names but I think nit was Sarah at the valley. She is so passionate and helpful

Great Product But Very sharp so use the piece on top of item slicing as my thumb is very sore and taken 3 days to heal and still plastered .
