The sauce pan size is idea for me
The sauce pan size is idea for me, but for the size of it I find it quite heavy when draining off,I think maybe it should have a small loophole handle at the other end to hold when draining .

Excellant service.
We looked round the shop at several items before purchasing a knife which was on dislay in a box, the assistant advised us which knife was the correct one for what I wanted it for. Secondly it was a meat thermometer, again assisted us in the purchase of this item. The assistant was not pushing us into a sale, but was offering advice when required. Excellant service.
