Friendly staff and a nice shop floor presentation of stock

First visit to the newly opened store and was impressed by the staff and quality of the products I will definitely be returning

My visit to the store in Braehead was perfect. The retail associate was very kind and helpful and sourced the item I was after from the storeroom, after checking my previous purchases on the system to ensure I was purchasing the correct size pan lid.

It was quick, customer friendly and satisfying. Products bought were of good quality. Staff was excellent as well.

Ive only shopped in the outlets before but was pleasantly surprised with the service in Braehead store professional and helpful

Went into the Braehead store for a browse and came out with a handful of items I had been looking elsewhere for. Price was reasonable, but it was the service that sold it for me. Personable, listening to what I asked for l, not too pushy. Great experience and good quality products for a good price. Thanks
