Very helpful staff member, who gave us her honest point of view on which pots would work best for us, This was an upgraded set from my old pots from procook. I needed induction ones. These new ones are perfect.I would not go anywhere else other than the Gretna shop for my cooking utensils, Staff are always knowlegable friendly and helpful.

They are an excellent company myself and my husband use whenever we pop into Gretna. We have never had a problem if we had to exchange anything. The staff are great and always very friendly so the service is excellent as well. It’s one of these shops where you just can’t come of out without buying something.

Great service
The bottom came off my new saucepan. Couldn't have been nicer in the shop, got a replacement straight away. They had never seen anything like it, so just one of those things.
