Friendly staff who could advise on the products in store

The customer service was excellent. The product is strong and value of money. Exactly what we were looking for.

The staff couldn't do enough to help. They took pans out thay weren't on display and were very patient whilst I chose the ones I wanted. I haven't used the pans yet but the look good and sturdy hopefully last a few years

In many of the superstores/other retailers it’s just there, you either buy it or you don’t, and the staff have no interest or knowledge of the product.
ProCook was different, the two staff took time to ask what my needs were and then to explain the pros and cons of each product, offer advice on which one would be best and also care and maintainance of it to get the best from it and for it to last years.

I gave Procook 4 rather than five because I had to buy a full 4 piece dinner service to replace one broken cereal bowl. They are good but the inability to buy a replacement bowl lets customers down.

I was looking for something to do a specific job. The member of staff was very patient and helpful in showing me a variety of products. I chose the mini blender which would fit my requirements exactly.
