I’ve ordered on line and bought from the store and the service from the staff in the Meadowhall branch and quality of items is great.
Love that each piece of the dinner service is individual.
The home delivery took longer than expected but they did keep me informed and thankfully I wasn’t in a rush for them.

Went into the Meadowhall store today and the young lady in there could not have been more helpful , she went above and beyond her role , her name was Kiera

Very good customer service in shop. Products have been great so far.

Could not fault the service. The assistant took time to find out what I needed and matched it with suitable items.

The service was fantastic. Staff asked if I needed help with anything. Helped showing me how something worked. Extremely friendly and helpful without being at all pushy. Would definitely recommend. There was a great selection of kitchen ware and easy to find everything I needed.
