The lady at the till helped us with our purchase. When our return didn’t go through she chased us down the street to make sure we got it. We really appreciated the five star service!!

I bought the Elite six pan set which included 3 saucepans. I asked to swap the smallest saucepan in the set for a smaller saucepan. I would have paid the same price but the staff wouldn't consider it.
