We were given so much help and advice
We were given so much help and advice, almost unheard of these days. The gentleman who served us fully explained why some knives were more expensive & allowed us to try them. Also finding us the best holder for five we choose. I will definitely go back.

A very nice young lady was able to answer all the questions we had and there was quite a few .
This resulted in for us a large purchase
We enjoyed the experience and will return when moved yo kit new kitchen out when we know what space we have to work with

Great customer service
Went into the new Southampton store in West Quay, and first impression blow away. The store was clean and tidy, and the customer service was excellent.
I need a new pots and pan set and speaking the Hassan the store manager I managed to get myself the professional stainless steel 6 piece set. Which i used as soon as I got home and it was excellent.

Very Positive Experience
I visited to find a new knife. I had a budget in mind and the assistant, MHAIRI, listened attentively to help me find a new Japanese knife. They were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I left with a positive feel about ProCook and I was very happy with my purchase. I will definitely shop there again.
