Great service
Great service, staff came over when they saw we were looking at knives and ask if I wanted to try and was very helpful in talking about them, giving some advice or thoughts when asked with no feeling of pressure to purchase.
Overall all staff were pleasant and helpful and provided an overall great shopping experience.

A Long Overdue Asset to West Quay
The ProCook Store in Southampton is long overdue. I love looking in cook shops, although my wallet seems a lot lighter after I leave. Their range of products makes it feel like an Aladin's Cave. Quality of their products is good, which is why I have shopped with them for many years.
