Top quality service and after sales
The lady in the shop informed me that the diamond steel I brought 3 years ago, might be able to get replaced. I contacted the email she gave me and within 24 hours of visiting and emailing, I have a new one in the post to me. Top quality service on their products and after sales.

Amazing staff!
So happy to have a cook shop in West Quay! Was helped by Katie, her knowledge is excellent. She knew the answers to all my questions and helped us create the pan set we wanted. Very surprised when she said she wasn't a manager, she was so on top of everything and helping her colleagues!

Lovely staff always ready to help.
I was served by Alex for the second time in a few weeks. On both occasions he was extremely helpful and polite. The staff are always ready to help and are very proactive .

Very helpful assistant in the shop. Sorry, can't remember his name. He took the time to explain about the different types of kitchen knives. He let me try chopping some vegetables to see which knife handle suited me. John Lewis (next door) wouldn't even take their knives out of the display cabinet to look at!

Great cookwear
Great cookwear. Well made and robust. Had the same Procook saucepans for 12 years, only changed the saucepans because we moved house and they had a induction hob. Would highly recommend.

IT IS A VERY NICE STORE. THEY ARE VERY FREINDLY AND HELPFUL. AS I WENT AND CHANGE MY PANS SETS THAT I HAD FOR A LONG TIME. SO WE SHOP IN TO PROCOOK. AND TRY THIS NEW PROCOOK PANS AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD.
