Could do better on customer service
I found the service on the shop floor a little abrupt and not helpful to my question or a way to resolve it.Still made a purchase, service at the tills was more appropriate. The products I purchased I'm very happy with.

Great products, sensible prices…
I've bought various products from Procook, namely pans, most recently a ceramic frying pan with lid. These get a lot of use in our family kitchen. All are well-designed and made and are sensibly priced. Nice staff in the Southampton store. Recommended.

Did find it very difficult to get round as I was in a shopping centre mobility scooter. This meant I couldn't look at products and buy yet more. I returned a faulty product and exchange was easy. Staff patient just a shame I couldn't get round easily.

Consider Argos before buying this
I think for an equivalent price I can get a more robust model, this one has a plastic container which is ok but if I use it for 30 seconds it makes a metallic burning smell as if it is only designed to blend water.
