First kitchen appliance purchase at pro cook
I went into pro cook to purchase my first ever kitchen appliances (pots, pans, knives etc). I had a great time in the store and the staff was very helpful, they showed me the knife sets and let me hold the chefs knife to see how I liked the feel of the knife. Overall it’s a great store with plenty to look at and purchase

Went into the shop to see if they had a n oil drizzler and found a chefs knife on sale. Great knife great value. The staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable.

The customer service and knowledge of the staff member was second to none! We had a great shopping experience at this store primarily down to the superb service and knowledge displayed by the person that served us. The persons advice was greatly appreciated as myself and my son had little knowledge about the products we came in to buy. So I would like to say a BIG! thank you for the persons expertise and time they took to give us the much needed advice.
