Friendly Staff
Lovely clean shop. Reasonably priced. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Around the till could be less cluttered but lots of shops seem to do this now.

Great service, great products
Already have ProCook pans and kitchen utensils at home, looking for a new pan so we visited the store while in Street. Picked up a pan, oven gloves and a new dish. Great service and warranty explanation.

I bought the professional, oven safe, frying especially to make tart tatin, and I must say it performed very well. The non-stick coating worked very well; just a matter now of seeing how long it will last.

Went to Clarks village, to change a top saw procook I popped in the chap was so helpful, suggested i buy the set as I would only end up paying £20 more, bargain, I've used them twice great product

Saute pan.
Sales man not very hands on and helpful.Wasn't forth coming with the full range of pans available.Kept disappearing and I had to keep looking for him.Usually much better help and advice given.
